A Customer Service Agent at Fly Cham is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, selling Fly Cham tickets and services, and assisting customers in managing their travel plans. The role ensures accurate, professional, and customer-focused service throughout the booking and travel preparation process. Provide excellent customer service by offering accurate information on Fly Cham fares, issuing tickets, and selling related products and services professionally. Meet and exceed service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Issue and modify Fly Cham tickets accurately according to customer needs and applicable procedures. Issue and modify onward tickets for interline journeys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements. Inform customers about travel requirements, including passport, visa, health requirements, and check-in details. Assist customers in preparing for their journey by providing clear and accurate travel information. Promote additional products and services, including Cham Miles membership, bookings, upgraded fares, and other Fly Cham services . Stay updated on Fly Cham news, updates, fares, destinations, and services to ensure accurate information and maintain a high level of professionalism. Ensure all ticketing and customer service activities are handled accurately and in accordance with Fly Cham policies, procedures, and service standards.
المتطلبات
Bachelor d egree in tourism or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer service, ticketing, reservations, or related field.
